The remote for the Mi Computer Monitor Light Bar does not work

If the remote for the Mi Computer Monitor Light Bar does not work, please try the following troubleshooting steps to address the issue: 

1. Try replacing the batteries with new ones to ensure that the remote has sufficient power.
2. If the remote still doesn’t work, please turn on the light bar, and quickly press and hold the remote control knob to re-connect the devices.
3. Please check the remote control for any damage that can affect the function of the remote control; 
4. Dust or debris in the remote control can lead to it does not work. Please carefully clean the remote control using a small brush.
5. Ensure that the power cable is securely connected to both the light bar and the power outlet. A loose or faulty connection will cause the remote to fail to control the light bar. 
6. Re-Pairing Process: Turn on the light bar. Press and hold the remote knob for 20 seconds. The indicator light on the bar should flash, signaling a successful re-pairing.
7. Hardware Reset: For the "1S" model, unplug and plug the light bar 5 times within 7 seconds to reset it. 
8. Connection Check: Ensure the USB-C cable is securely connected and try a different power source (e.g., a wall adapter instead of a monitor port) to rule out insufficient power. 
9. Clean Contacts: If the light bar itself isn't receiving power, check the magnetic contact pins for dust or debris; cleaning them with an eraser or brush can sometimes restore the connection.
